This game is long it take time to got anywhere. I like it.

This is a fun game!

I LOVE that I can play this on my laptop & my iPad/iPhone!!! Not only that, but the designers have truly come up with a great platform to keep me interested.. Great job guys!

The first reason is that the warrior unit built in the Bronze Age is really the only one you need even through the Iron Age. This unit deals tremendous damage to every other unit, even units from the Iron Age. Gotta balance that, no point in wasting resource on next tier units when someone with 6 warriors will just win. Also, the space available for you to build on in your base is the only thing forcing you to spend money, but it is a critical part of the game. You literally cannot do anything but spend diamonds or wait weeks to get more land to simply build on. Right now I have filled up my land, and dont have 400 diamonds to get more, so its game over for me! Like most other games, FOEs greed has really detracted from the game. For me atleast.

Forge of Empires is a great game, you dont need to "pay to play"/"pay to win", though of course the Diamonds(the special currency) make everything go faster. I also have yet to see somebody who overdid it on buying Diamonds. The combat is amazing too! You get to control your own units in battle(though there is an option to let a bot do it for you), though if you are defending(another player attacks you), you cant control your units. The graphics are nice and it doesnt put much work in the 5S(I use a 5S), though some of the things look a bit more cartoonish than they had before. Overall, it is an amazing game and you should consider downloading it!

This game is fun, doesnt require you to buy anything to get ahead, and doesnt take up too much time. I would recommend it to a friend. The game is also a lot better on PC than on a smart phone, so Id recommend playing it on your computer.

I played this game for a year now and this game is the best game in history it should be #1 in top charts!!!!!!! But when will you add the far furture artic age?

Ive only been playing a short time so this doesnt represent a very long play through. So far its a cute game, very much a knock off of Age of Empires but different enough that it doesnt feel like a copy. The tutorial is also very helpful!

Overall a good game. A more in-depth tutorial about how to build cities would make it perfect.

Ive been playing forge of empires for about 2 years its a much slower paced game then the others I play, nonetheless I enjoy building the city the hoe I like ( Im proud of my city) and fighting if I choose or just concentrating on building and trading

Im not one to play games like this, I DLed it to check it out. After about ten minutes I couldnt stop playing. Ive been playing for about two weeks now and I love it. Game play is not overly demanding nor does it make you utilize IAPs. I havent had a reason to spend money yet. Although play isnt necessarily demanding it is addicting and so I find myself opening the game to see if theres anything I can do while I wait for things to finish.

Wonderful app for my iPhone! Keeps just busy enough to occupy me but not overwhelm me!

Love this game but should be a way to unlock more land easier. Like every battle I won should unlock more land. Also collect diamonds. I dont care if I have to watch adds to collect diamonds. Please fix

I feel smarter when I play this game... But I would like if they made the game more interesting in battle. Over all this is a fun game to get in and mess around with

Its a great game but some things need to change. Diamonds should b easier to come by or be earned, even one at a time, voluntarily watching app ads. The cost of supplies to build gets too steep, I believe, especially once leaving the Iron Age. I mean the cottage is about 800, but the framed house, lowest in early Middle Ages is a whopping 2500. We shouldnt have to spend days just earning to build one or two houses, especially when the ppl count is lower or barely an increase, it makes the game tedious. I dont mind a relaxed paced game, but this gets down right tedious.
